I’m that woman who gets the fear of wearing a bikini on a fabulous beach holiday. I always have this amazing plan to lose weight, tone up and be super confident but it never works out that way.

Instead I take the half hearted approach and simply continue to eat well, cut out takeaways and put in minimal effort at the gym. I need to break this cycle and exercise more often because honestly it takes me 100 bikini pics to find a shot I don’t mind sharing on social media and this blog. I am going to do better for Vegas and get my act together…

Luckily Freya Swim helps with the confidence element because whenever I wear their swimwear I always feel great. I make sure I wear the right size, usually my bra size in bikini bra tops and I go up a size in the bottoms to avoid any over-hang. The prints are always so fun and so bright so when the tan starts coming on I feel even better!

I thought I’d have a favourite by now but I love my growing collection of Freya swimwear for different reasons. The striped halter bikini is EVERYTHING because the colours are great, it has gold stripes for added glam and the halter didn’t hurt my neck, winning! I wore this on my birthday for the yacht experience.

The cactus print bikini is so fun and I love the neon. I also like the little details such as the ruching on the bottoms and the wooden beads on the top. This looked great on Jumeirah Beach, TAKE ME BACK!

Let me know what you think,

Dom Dominique
