If you follow me on snapchat you’ll see how much time I spend in my onesie when I am relaxing. If you keep up with me on Instagram you will know the oversized jumpsuit is my new favourite look. So obviously me being me, I have a growing collection of said jumpsuits. Asos do them so well, they are super comfy and it’s like wearing an acceptable onesie outside. Of course you have to style up with accessories and great shoes and hair and makeup is a must. Looking like you have had a hard day at work is not a style thing for this look.

Yesterday I went to my friends baby shower and I was really struggling with what to wear. I didn’t want to go in jeans and a tee or a shirt because that is how I dress for work and I didn’t want to dress up because I knew I’d  be sitting down all afternoon. Then I thought, it’s fashion week, I’m not going to make it to any shows so I’ll just dress like I’m going there instead.

You know I have a thing for Asos and luckily I bought this jumpsuit a few weeks back with no real occasion in mind, I do this a lot. Then I thought I want to keep the look casual but fashion so I went matchy matchy with my bag and slip ons. I kept jewels to my version of minimal by stacking on my new Coco and Cleo bangles.

After all the social media love from the outfit pic, I decided to do a little post so please excuse the pics as they were not taken with a blog post in mind.

The baby shower was in a fabulous suite at Cheval Three Quays  with amazing views overlooking the river and London City.

Let me know what do you think.
